Industrial titanium carbide alloy drive wheels

The dynamic balance accuracy of the guide wheel reaches G0.4 level, and the vibration amplitude during high-speed rotation is less than 0.01mm, which can reduce the vibration noise of the equipment and improve the working environment in the workshop. Its chemical stability is good, and it will not undergo chemical reactions with metal wire materials, avoiding contamination or discoloration on the surface of the wire. In the production of precious metal wires (such as gold wire and silver wire), the clean surface of the guide wheel can prevent the loss of precious metals and reduce production costs.
