The servo press is a kind of press driven by servo motor through crankshaft，therefore it can offergoodversatilityandat production speeds approaching traditional mechanical presses. The stroke, slide motion, slide position, and speed are programmable to allow many different combinations that can work with a wide variety of dies, part types, and production speeds
Our capability of large fabrication and large machining，plus our experience to provide EPC（Engineering Procurement Construction）solution of press machines，won us the contract tomanufacturethe servo press，except that servo motors are supplied by the client.
The servo press we are granted to manufacture has the following advantages:
1.tonnage 1200T
2.precise slide motion and position control, within +/-0.01mm
3.slide output precisely controlled to 1.6% of max output
4.high accuracy and repeatability
5.low consuming of electric power by 30-60%, compared to conventional press
6.noise min. 10db lower than conventional press
