(most common grade are TP304,    316, 321, 347 )      A.S.(most common grade are T/P5,9,11,22,91 )      Duplex Steel(most common grade are 2205 etc. )* This table is used as a general guide to our    capabilities, please call us for any other customized cases.FEATURESThe High Frequency Welded Fin Pipe is used to  wind the steel pipe while using the skin effect and the proximity effect of the  high-frequency current to heat the outer surface of the steel strip and the  steel pipe until plastic state or melting, and a certain pressure on the steel  strip is wound. Finish the welding. This high frequency welding is a solid  phase welding. Compared with inlaying, brazing (or integral hot-dip  galvanizing), it is more advanced in terms of product quality (high fin weld  width, up to 95%), productivity and automation.TECHNICAL ADVANTAGESFin pipes currently used are mostly wound  type, high frequency welded, brazed spiral finned steel pipes. The High  Frequency Welded Fin Pipe has the advantages of long service life, stable heat  transfer performance and obvious energy saving effect, and has become a new  generation of the above three types of spiral finned steel tubes.
