Black Annealed Wire
The black annealed wireis black iron wire drawn from Q195 type wire rod. After selecting the raw material, it is calcined at a high temperature of about 1000° for a sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate speed. The purpose is to reduce hardness, improve machinability; eliminate residual stress, stabilize size, reduce deformation and crack tendency; refine grain, adjust structure, and eliminate structure defects. It is softer and more flexible than ordinary black iron wire, with uniform softness and consistent color. Mainly used in nail making, binding, clothes hanger making, construction, mining, chemical industry, welding mesh, welding clothes hanger, reprocessing, etc.
