Rotary dryer/ industrial dryer/ drum dryer for slime, fly ash, granularity
Structure
The main body is a rotary cylinder which is a slightly inclined to the horizontal. The cylinder rotate by the gear, the rotational speed is 2 ~ 6r / min generally, the inclination of the cylinder is related to its length, usually between 1°~ 5°. Materials delivery from the higher section of the drum, contact with hot air, with the rotation of the drum, the materials flow to the lower end by its gravity, dried and discharged. Since the dryer is working under the condition of negative pressure, feeding and discharging end are sealed to prevent air leakage.
Application
Rotary drying machine is also called drum dryer. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, cement industrial for drying slag, limestone, coal powder, clay and other materials. Rotary dryer consists of rotary body, lifting plate, gear, support equipment and seal ring and other components. With a reasonable structure, well-made, high output, low energy consumption and easy operation advantages.
