Needle punching machineIt is suitable for production of common nonwoven fabric such as needle punched non woven fabric, asphalt felt substrate, geotextile, auto interior material etc.It is of frame type structure, made of best quality carbon steel and welted together. With the qualitative processing, the upper and lower girders are accurately made. The wall of machine is welted by high strength steel board, the girder is make of a variety of strength steel plate. Peel wool plate and bottom plate is of 12-14 mm thickness(material is manganese steel), bottom hole needle plate is of the taper hole. The surface of peel wool plate and needle bottom plate are hard chromium plating. There are two options for Needle plate: Magnesium alloy and Polyester PU.
