DAFON Double-blade Mining Machine
The machine operates automatically through the main control unit consisting of frequency converter, transformer, AC contactor and time relay, which can effectively control hydraulic pressure, cutting speed and machine traveling speed and make the machine more user-friendly, easier and safer to operate.
The spindle movement is guided by four vertical posts and then makes blades cut stones through regulating the hydraucylinder.
The spindle undergoes heat treatment (high-frequency quenching) and electroplating, which increases the level of hardness and strength and prevents the risk of corrosion.
