common rail injector test bench

It is mainly used for testing and adjusting the common rail injector, and is suitable for the conventional injectors and double springs injectors.Technical data: 1. High pressure 0-1980bar 2. Check the injector starting pressure 3. Assessment of the injector spray fog quality 4. Inspection of the injector spray oil range 5. Check of the injector seal and angel 6. Check of the injector oil flow 7. The machine has fog dissipation convulsion device to improve the work condition. 8. It has the two grade filter to ensure the cleanliness of test. 9. The parameter of common rail injector ( fuel spray counts, frequency, pulse width, pressure etc.)
