Axle Wheel Counting Solution
This solution include SCR-ZR magnetic sensors,SCR-S6 axle signal analysis device，magnetic sensor tester and related parts.The magnetic sensors collect signals of train axles,the SCR-S6 axle signal analysis device accepts and processes those signals,then sends steady standard TTL impulse signal to control center by cable or wirelessly.
This system can count total train axles,speed,highest speed,lowest speed,average speed within 0-360km/h.It can works in the condition of train restarting after sudden pause,severe speed changing(changing range more than 30km/h) and ensure the axle wheel will not be missed. In any condition.
