Continuous Mesh Filter Screen Changer is fully automatic, which mainly controls the screen changing melt pressure or time. You can set the screen moving distance and speed . When pressure or time reaches fixed number, the screen will move automatically and evenly, thus takes out the impurities. After being set, the screen changing process is fully automatic. The mesh belt moves evenly, the distance is small, and the material pressure as well as material does have pulsation, in this way, the production is under the stable pressure.
Mesh belt screen changer adopts cooling water sealing, does not leak out or wear out. The control system automatically governs heating or cooling, and the screen changing is flexible.
