LG series water- cooled roller cooling bed
The water-cooled roller cooling bed is composed of a roller, a sand cover and a driving mechanism including a motor, a reducer, a triangle belt and a gear. With reliable transmission, large carrying capacity, stable operation, long service life, compact structure, easy installation and maintenance and other structural features.
The water-cooled roller cooling bed uses molding sand to be turned by the sand lifting plate in the roller at a specific angle during the conveying process. The wind of axial flow blower is helpful for collecting dust. This machine has the characteristics of large sand output, small energy consumption, reliable cooling, good dust removal effect and low noise, so it is an ideal equipment for cooling molding sand.
