I. Introduction Method of use
1. Full bright nickel: cylinder opening volume 3-5ml/L, consumption 200ml/KAH.
it can reduce electroplate time by 20 - 30% and automatic line current by 20 - 30% under that condition of keep original anti-corrosion requirement.
2. Semi-bright nickel: cylinder opening volume 4-6ml/L, consumption 300ml/KAH, fine crystal coating, good brightness and leveling, improved corrosion resistance.
3. Barrel nickel plating: the opening volume of the cylinder is 5-6ml/L, the consumption is 400ml/KAH, the barrel plating time is shortened by 20 - 30%, the production efficiency is improved, the comprehensive cost is reduced, but the corrosion resistance of the product remains unchanged, and the deep plating ability and brightness are obviously improved.
IV. Packing in 30 kg (25 L) drums
