Application characteristics:

1. Nano-zirconia for batteries is widely used to make solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC), oxygen sensors and microelectronic devices.

2. Nano-zirconia for batteries has high oxygen ion conductivity, excellent mechanical properties and good redox stability under high temperature conditions.

3. After the battery is covered or dispersed on the surface of the alloy, the nano-zirconia can also produce the active element effect, which significantly improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy and greatly improves the adhesion of the oxide film.

4. As an electrolyte, zirconia for batteries has been widely used in solid oxide fuel cells as an ideal electrolyte. Used to transfer the oxygen ions produced by the reaction, at a high temperature of 800~1000 degrees Celsius, the ions can penetrate the ceramic material.

5. Nano zirconia is currently used more electrolyte material, and the long-term stability of YSZ structure and performance is crucial to the reliability of solid oxide fuel cell systems.
