Masterbatch Technology

Anmei masterbatch material uses well-known brand carriers, and after mixing the materials with a mixer, it is drawn by a Coperion twin-screw extruder. The pigments are uniformly dispersed and the quality is stable. At present, masterbatch is developing in the direction of multi-functionalization, high color content and high technology content. The recently developed low shrinkage PBT color masterbatch technology is widely used in HT high-end optical cables.
