The optical cavity is the main component of laser gyroscopes, it takes the task of laser light path transmission and rotary, so the optical processing must make sure the requirement of the angle, surface flatness, surface quality of each contact surface, in order to realize the stabilization between the substrate and the cavity, meanwhile, it must meet the requirement of coincidence degree and angle between each contact surface and the cavity loop, to realize transmission and rotary of the light path.
