Drop on glass beads
Glass beads can be dropped or sprayed into the wet paint directly behind the paint sprayer, or a portion can be dropped onto premixed two-part epoxy or thermoplastic materials.
We can produce different sizes of drop on glass beads according to customers’ specifications. Some are examples below for your reference:
90-1180µm 90-1000µm 150-850µm 300-800µm
212-1000µm 90-710µm 90-500µm 125-600µm etc.
Appearance: colorless, transparent, no visible bubbles and impurity
Size Range: 10-40 Mesh (380-1700 microns)
Roundness: ≥90%
Refractive Index: ≥1.5
Specific Gravity: 2.4-2.6g/cm3
Main ingredient: SiO2>70%

Packaging of Glass Beads
Using double-deck package, the inner is polythene film and its thickness is not
less than 0.5mm, the outer is plastic woven bag to prevent leak or damp. The net
weight of each bag is 25±0.2kg.
Put the desiccant in the packing bags according to customers` requirements.
