Energy Saving Model JCA712 Independent Compressor Air Jet Loom For Jeans Fabric Weaving

JCA712 Independent compressor air jet loomThis energy-saving model is newly developed by our company. Air pumps are installed at the outside of the machinery which is very convenient for maintenance and set-up and easy to operate. Its weft insertion is controlled by electromagnetic valve with main and auxiliary nozzles and unusual reeds. It incorporates four shedding lever beating, mechanical let-off and take-up, crank or cam shedding. It can weave medium and low grade fabrics, with energy-saving of more than 50%. It is one of the most cost effective and ideal air jet substitutes for the rapier loom.【Main Technical Parameters】● Air supply: independent compressor● Reed space: 150, 170, 190, 210（cm）● Weft selection: single or double electronic injection● Power: motor 1.8kw, 2.2kw● Speed: 400-500RPM● Weft insertion: main and auxiliary nozzles with specially designed reed● Shedding: crank or cam● Left-off: mechanical or electrical● Take-up: mechanical● Selvage: by planetary gear● Cutting: mechanical● Oiling: oil bath at big box, left-off box, take-up box, and manual grease for remaining parts
