Grey fabric technology:the raw materials of TC grey fabric are cotton and polyester, we use imported cotton, polyester is bought from Sinopec, using the best raw materials, with imported spinning machine, and then woven by air jet loom, the cloth surface is clean and smooth, no colored yarn, no defects, .
All grey fabrics are produced in strict accordance with the specifications, such as tc65/35, 45*45, 133*72 63 "means material is 65polyester and 35% cotton, yarn count 45S, warp 133 yarn, weft 72 yarn, width is 63", then the cotton content of our grey fabric will not be less than 35%, the number of yarn will not be less than 205, width not be shorter than 63 ".In a word, resist all cutting corners, strictly control the quality of products.
Dyeing technology:the production process: grey fabric - singeing-desizing - mercerize - preshrunk - dyeing - after treatment-quality testing - packing. Shirting all adopt the reactive dyes, high color fastness, environmental and good to skin.Strict quality inspection process to ensure that every meter of fabric meets customer requirements.
There are continuous dye, jig dye and overflow dye.Of course, we will also choose different processes and processing methods according to customers' requirements or samples.It will also recommend suitable products and specifications according to the customer's use.
Printing technology:grey fabric-singeing-desizing-mercerize-preshrunk-drying-printing-after treatment-quality testing-packing. There are pigment printing and reactive printing.Pigment printing is cheaper,reactive printing is brightly, good fastness, environmental and good to skin.
