The Single-shaft Electric Drawwork:
The drawwork is single-shaft with grooved drum structure, has less spare parts, small cubage, light weight compared with the products of the same kind. The drum shaft is driven by the gear reducer which power originate from a DC or AC-VF motor,it can also be driven by compound operation of two motors. AC-VF motor make the drawworks has a wider timing scope, the speed can be regulate smoothly between 0-140Hz. High transmission efficiency gear, small oscillation, low noise, long service life. The main brake of the drawworks is hydraulic disc brake while the auxiliary brake is energy-consumption brake or EATON brake.
The drawworks is equipped with independent numerical-control AC-VF transmission device and automatic control system(ACS), it can feed bit automatically; Real-time monitoring and analysising of bit feeding and infixing, get the optimal drilling.
Mechanical drawwork:
All bearings are roller bearing, all shaft material are alloy steel , The chains are high precision and high strength chains with forced lubrication. The drum is grooved. The high speed end and low speed end of drum adopt pneumatic tube clutch; the brake drum and brake disk adopt forced water cooling; the brake drum and brake disk are case-hardening treated with excellent wear-resistance capacity and long service life. The tooth profile of sprocket is intermediate frequency hardening treated, all shifting clutch are involute spline type clutch. The main brake is band brake or hydraulic disk brake, the auxiliary brake is eddy current brake (water-cooled or air-cooled).
DC Drawwork:
All bearings are roller bearing, all shaft material are alloy steel. The drum is grooved. The high speed end and low speed end of drum adopt pneumatic tube clutch. The brake is hydraulic disk brake, water-cooled or air-cooled. The auxiliary brake is eddy current brake, water-cooled or air-cooled. Pneumatic gear changing,Chain transmission construction, The chain is oil-lubricated and the bearing is grease-lubricated.
AC VF drawwork:
All bearings are roller bearing, all shaft material are alloy steel. The drum is grooved. Automatic feeding device. The or air-cooled. The auxiliary brake is dynamic brake. Single-shaft drawworks. Dual stage gear reducer transmission, manual gear change. The gear is oil-lubricated.
