The rubber refiner is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber and rubber sheeting. 2. The machine is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber and rubber sheeting. 3. The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surfaces. 4. The two rollers are smooth ones with bored cavities and can be cooled homogeneously. 5. The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rollers will be stopped immediately. 6. The refiner has three types of mounting, nylon mounting, copper mounting, bearing mounting. And the bearing mounting type is recommended. With bearing mounting, the rubber has much longer working life. There are mainly three models of rubber refiners, XKJ-400, XKJ-450 and XKJ-480. And XKJ-480 model is more popular.
