Reliable Fish Tank Circulation Filter Stem Brush-AOQUN
In June, we received an from Max in Singapore, saying something about thefilter stem brushesthat were ordered at others. When the package was received, the package was broken. At the same time, there was water on the product. After receiving the goods, it needs to be re-package. Not only increased the cost of repackaging, but also delayed the delivery, and received complaints from customers, and the order volume was not much before.
Our gold sales customer, Mary, replied Max immediately after receiving the mail for 1 minute. The original filter stem brushwas 150mm brush diameter and loaded with 55 pcs/carton. It should only load 45pcs/carton. There are 20 cartons in total without pallet, so the packages were damaged when it is received. Mary proposed that they can only be 45 pcs/carton; the carton needs to be strengthened with A=A; In addition, it is recommended to use the brush with pallet and fixed with wrapping film and packing rope. Max give us a trial order. We packed it according to the packing plan mentioned above and shipped it 15 days later.
After 2 weeks, Max received the filter stem brushes, which were very reliable and not damaged. It was delivered to the customer 3 days earlier than before. After 1 month, we received another 3,000pcs brush orders from Max.
