Our sales engineer, Kyle, responded promptly after receiving the customer’s for 1 minute, and learned the size of the previous Koi filter stem brush. More importantly, only one ring at the edge end of the brush, and the other end no ring. Kyle suggested that the Koi filter brush size will not change, but the single ring will change to double ring at both edge end, so that the brush can be more stable in the water.
