In March, we received John’s from Thailand, asking us to recommendfilter brush media, and he said that the brush was easy to lose filament which was purchased elsewhere, resulting in a drastic reduction in orders. He asked us if we would help him solve this problem.

Our sales engineer, Jessica, responded promptly within one minute after receiving John’s . She also learned that John’s previously purchased filter brush mediawas 150mm in brush diameter, but the single stainless-steel wire was only 1.6mm, and it was dropped by hand. Jessica suggested that John replace the 1.6mm single stainless steel by 1.8mm, so that the filter brush mediawill be stronger and the filament loss problem will be greatly improved. John is very interested in our plan and pays the sample fee. We sent the samples within 5 days and tested the tension before sending them to meet the customer’s tension requirements.

John arranged the test the first time after receiving the filter brush mediaand found that the sample was indeed firmer than before, and the filament loss problem was also well solved. After 15 days, we also received an order for John with 10,000 pcs.
