1, the air bubble mineralization. Particles selectively attaches to the bubbles, this is the most basic behavior in flotation process.
2, the addition of flotation reagents. Its purpose is to cause the difference of mineral surface properties, change the wettability on the surface of the mineral, adjust the selectivity of mineral surface, and make some mineral particles attached to the feed gas, while others cannot attach to air bubbles.
3, stirring and causing a lot of air bubbles. By means of aeration stirring effect of Lead Zinc Ore Flotation Machine/Sf Flotation Cells, it leads to air dispersion in pulp and forms a large number of bubbles, or procures to dissolve the pulp in the air to form micro-saturated precipitation.
