Tech-new Group controls the development procession according to QS9000. There are many software used in the procession : UGNX2.0. AutoCAD2000 in the development：CATIA.UGNX2.0.CIMATRON11.0 in the machining .The quality is guaranteed by the equipments such as the laser Cutting Machine OPTIM2545 and 3-Coordintae Measuring Machine MCTPLUS 60.25.23 which were imported from Italy. Now we have the production capacity which has achieved 250.000 sets for the sheet mental parts of auto and 500 sets for auto dies. Meanwhile, we have cooperated with Zhejiang University in the Net Co-design and Dummy Manufacturing Program which is applied in the hardware line. The application of this program by the Zhejiang Science and Technology Hall and greatly improve the development ability of our company.
