Deep Hole Drilling Machine Honeycomb Ceramic Substrate
In order to reduce vehicle emissions adopted by many car manufacturers in clean air technologies, the honeycomb ceramic substrate material has been proven to be the best material.The honeycomb ceramic substrateis extruded from a mold. The deep hole drills molds have 200 – 600 meshes with holes sizes ranged from 1.3 mm to 1.8 mm. The length to diameter ratio in the mold can be as large as 50. Our high speed spindle can gun drill the extrusion mold with high precision and efficiency. It also ensure the smooth surface finish for ceramic substrate extrusion.
