Deep Hole Drilling Machine Gun Barrels
HTT offer two spindle and four spindle gun drilling machine for gun barrelsmanufacturing. Two spindle gun drilling machine is suitable for low and medium production. Four spindle gun drilling machine is equipped with automatic parts conveyor for loading blanks and unloading finished barrels, which is suitable for high volume production. The automatic conveyor can handle barrel length upto 32” including short and long AR15 barrels. The change over time from short to long barrel is very minimum because of its simplicity.Both 2 spindle and 4 spindle are capable of drilling any calibers including 5.43 NATO (.223 Remington) and .308 blackout.The standard counter rotation part spindle along with robust high pressure coolant system equipped with Moog pump can control total run out, surface finish and straightness to be ready for secondary reaming operation.Our multi spindle gun drilling machines have been proven to be the most cost effective gun drilling machine by world wide fire arms manufacturers including one in the US who grow their barrel business 200% within one year.
