Yulin Wellhead Ball Screw Gate Valve is a large diameter high pressure isolation gate valve. It is the main component of the Fracturing Tree. It is usually installed on top of fracturing trees or wellheads for fracturing operations. Separate fracturing fluid from the well. Multiple fracturing steps can also be performed under the most extreme conditions. The fracturing valve has flange or stud bolt connection and can be operated manually or hydraulically.
Features of Ball Screw Gate Valves:
Ball Screw Gate Valve has a long service life of seal surface supersonic sprayed hard alloy.
Ball Screw Gate Valve open/close is ball screw structure which reduces effectively torque to the 1/3 of common valve.
Ball Screw Gate Valve with balance end rod structure which can reduce valve torque and have open/close indication function.
Stem seal packing, seat end surface seal ring are flexible energized seal structure to have reliable seal.
Be applied to large size and high pressure valve.
