户外消光剂 M-60
M-60是一种耐候型消光剂，主要用于聚酯/TGIC粉末涂料体系，适合做10%@60°以上光泽，可以为涂层提供优异的流平性和板面细腻度、出色的抗黄变性能、较好的机械性能。使用中对挤出工艺不敏感，对聚酯树脂的选择性也极小。

- 产品应用及性能
M-60使用时与其他制粉原料一起预混合，内挤即可。
- 使用本品制成的粉末表面细腻度非常好，并且耐黄变。
- 对于聚酯的选择性极小，对市面上绝大部分纯聚脂都有很好的消光效果。
- 可以选择加入合适的促进剂/催化剂来改善冲击性能，但有可能引起涂层表面光泽上升和 流平性能变差等问题。
- 使用M-60消光剂制成的粉末涂料，储存稳定性能非常好。
- 推荐挤出温度：I区95℃，II区110℃；推荐固化条件：200℃*15min。
- 本品重金属含量符合欧盟RoHS标准要求。
- 推荐使用量
M-60户外消光剂的用量为粉末涂料配方总量1-5%，适合做10%@60°以上光泽，光泽随用量增加而降低。如需要更低光泽，可酌情提高添加量。M60消光剂需要消耗少量TGIC（M60与TGIC比约20：1）。
