The characteristic of M-60 is to offer the good mechanical property, excellent leveling property, smooth coating property and the perfect anti-yellowing property in the power coating.It is not sensitive to the extrusion processand it is suitable for wide range of polyester resin as well.

- It is suitable for wide range of polyester resin, It can match themost of thepolyester and provide a goodmatting effect.
- You canchoose to addsuitableaccelerator/catalystto improveimpactperformance, but itmay causethe rise of coatingsurface glossand the reduce of the levelingperformance.
- The powder coatings made of the M-60has a good storage stability and excellent repeated extrusion performance.
- Recommendedextrusion temperature: I District95 ℃, IIDistrict110 ℃;recommendedcuring condition: 200 ℃ * 15min.
- Heavy metalcontents in theproductconforms to the requirment of EU Rosh standard.
- Recommended usage
The usage of M-60 is 1-4% of the total amount for powdercoating formulations,it is suitable for 10%@60degreesabovegloss, The more of the usage, the gloss will be lower. If you need much lower gloss, you can increase the dosage to 5% as appropriate.
