RNA oligonucleotides synthesized with 2'-fluorinated Bz A, iBu G, Ac C, and U phosphoramidite showed enhanced body thermal stability of RNA double-stranded and nuclease resistance of single-stranded RNA. These 6 fam phosphoramidites were incorporated into custom siRNA oligonucleotides for gene targeting and inhibition studies.
