bed rails
The guide rails of the bed are finely ground after ultrasonic quenching. They have high hardness, good rigidity and long service life. The slide adopts guide rail surface plasticization process, which has good wear resistance and high precision.
High-strength gray cast iron resin sand mold integral casting
The casting is tempered twice to eliminate the internal stress in the casting itself. The whole machine is good, the processing accuracy is high, and long-term use ensures the stability of the machine tool.
Headstock
The four-speed spindle speed regulation adopts a gearbox structure, especially the three-point support of the spindle of this machine tool, which has high speed, high precision, strong rigidity, small thermal deformation, stable operation and low noise.
controller system
The standard is GSK980TB3 controller system, optional Siemens, Fanuc or Syntec controller system. Simple and easy to operate, comes with operation manual.
Tailstock
There is a device inside the tailstock sleeve to prevent the drill bit from rotating, which prevents damage to the taper of the inner hole of the tailstock sleeve due to drill bit rotation caused by misoperation, and effectively protects the tailstock assembly.
Chuck
The standard chuck is a 3-jaw manual chuck, and the optional configuration is a 3-jaw or 4-jaw hydraulic hollow chuck.
turret
The standard turret is a 4-station electric turret, and the optional 6/8-station electric turret or 12-station living turret is available.
