Honghai Thermal oil pump
Brief Introduction
This series of thermal oil pump is produced on the basis of air-cooled hot oil pump, which is able to resist higher temperature. It adapts high technology and works high efficiency. Under high temperature, it’s able to work steadily without any leakage. As well, water cooling system is more safe and reliable.
This water-cooled thermal oil pump is scientific-constructed, mainly for conveying liquids with high temperature, below 350℃ is acceptable. It’s suggested to transport weak corrosive fluid without any solid particles. Honghai Thermal oil pump is an ideal circulating pump.
As for the corrosion resistance ability and temperature, the material of the relevant spare parts determines.
Theory: Centrifugal Pump
Feature
- Polytetrafluoroethylene is used for lips sealing, which greatly improve the sealing property, about 25 times reliable than the rubber sealing.
The materials contacting the liquids are mainly 1.HT200；II.ZG230-450；III.1Cr18Ni9Ti，OCr18Ni12-Mo2Ti.
