Tx1400 Rotary Shear Cut to Length Line Machine
As the flagship of TX’s product ranges, TX’s rotary shear cut to length lines are produced 10 lines and even more a year, undisputably occupy the leading position in China market.
TX’s cut to length line with rotary shear is mainly used for cutting light gauge and medium gauge material. For steel the thickness is up to 3.0mm; for aluminium up to 6.0mm. Suitable for processing cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium and etc. Applicable for service centres, steel mill and finished product industries.
TX’s rotary shear CTL is composed of decoiler, peeler,leveller, length measuring unit, rotary shear, double station stacker. The max line speed is up 100m/min, cutting rate up to 200cuts/min, length tolerance up to ±0.2 mm/m.
