BKNFX Pre-Multi-Frequency Eddy Current Hardness Separator
Stimulating the coil makes a magnetic induction to the tested material. The induced electromotive force received by the testing coil is related to the shape and size of the material hysteresis loop. When the low-frequency sinusoidal wave excitation voltage is magnetically induced, the induced electromotive force obtained is also a sinusoidal waveform, usually including a fundamental wave. By measuring the fundamental wave component of the inductive potential of the testing coil, the measured alloy composition and heat treatment status can be obtained, thereby achieving material hardness sorting.
SHAPEMERGEFORMAT pre-multi-frequency eddy current sorter is an advanced eddy current sorter. It can identify and sort the bearing ring, roller, steel ball material composition, hardness, heat treatment state and mixing.
BKNFX Pre-Multi-Frequency Eddy Current Hardness Separator Characteristics
The mechanism of the self-specific differential eddy current detection technology is to obtain the proportional balance of an eddy current signal by using different parts of the same sample as the reference objects, thereby avoiding the chemical composition, metallographic state and surface shape of different parts. The influence of the different electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of the metal material under the action of the external alternating electromagnetic field.
