The JXS Mill Liner Handler integrates a travelling system, a main beam travelling mechanism, a hydraulic working arm, a crane system, a lining trolley, and an electrical control system. Its compact configuration enables the working equipment to extend into the mill through the feed opening, supporting liner removal, transportation, and installation, as well as impact-assisted removal of seized liner bolts when equipped with the appropriate tooling.

The JXS series evolved from Type I to Type V through approximately five years of development and application experience, with design improvements intended to better meet practical maintenance requirements. Working Principle

The Mill Liner Handler uses its travelling system, main beam travelling mechanism, hydraulic working arm, and lining trolley to support liner replacement operations inside large grinding mills.

The main travelling system positions the equipment at the designated maintenance location. In the standard configuration, the machine travels on rails laid according to the site track gauge. Where specified, a rail-less system uses hydraulically driven wheels to move across suitable paved surfaces.

The main beam travelling mechanism then advances the working equipment into the mill’s confined interior.
