Fumigation-type Magnetic Waste Carbonization Pyrolysis Furnace

Fumigation-type Magnetic Waste Carbonization Pyrolysis Furnace
PRC Fireprint Low-Temperature Pyrolysis Principle
Perfect Design Without Fuel Oil: A straight-cylinder, single-chamber, layered decomposition design employs a magnetically assisted carbon pyrolysis structure. The carbon pyrolysis temperature is 380 degrees Celsius, and trace amounts of magnetic gas (oxygen-rich) ensure the carbon pyrolysis process continues uninterrupted. The furnace evaporates and dries waste under extremely oxygen-deficient conditions.
Operating Emissions: Steam mixed with tar, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen is slowly released from the chimney, while the decomposed carbonaceous material forms powdery ceramic ash.
Operating Temperature and Hazardous Emissions: The equipment operates at temperatures between 50-380 degrees Celsius, completely avoiding the dioxin generation temperature and preventing the increase of heavy metals. No fly ash is emitted from the chimney. The chimney emits water vapor, trace amounts of tar, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen.
