ZRT bearings
ZRT bearings’ components are thrust part, radial part and transportation used screws, which composed a complete unit. Thrust parts include thrust needle or thrust roller and cage components, outer ring, L-shaped section ball, shaft washer, pre-load after assembling; As to the radial part, it can be divided into radial full compliment cylindrical roller bearing and the pre-load; While screws make sure the bearings won’t scattered at all when install and handle them.
This type of bearings can withstand double-direction axial load, additional radial load and installation of torque.
This type of bearings bear high rigidity and precision, and can withstand large tilting moment, particularly applicable to both vertical and horizontal or rotary worktable which can be tilted, CNC dividing head, equal turntable, CNC turret, tool magazine and other high accuracy requirements of CNC machine tools, especially the attachment or components.
This type of bearings can be with lithium base composite soap grease or machinery oil, and they can also be lubricated through the oil hole of L-shaped section ring or outer ring once more.
