Cylindrical roller bearing
High precision cylindrical roller bearing is part of WZFB super-precision series products. It belongs to line contact, while the bearing capacity and rigidity is higher than that of angular contact ball bearing (including tandem-arrangement bearings). However it allows lower rotation speed. Therefore, cylindrical roller bearing used to middle and large type machine tools which require heavy load, high rigidity, and not too high rotation speed.
The most commonly used cylindrical roller bearings in the machine tools are tapered bore double row cylindrical roller bearings. They can bear high radial load instead of axial load, and the inner ring and outer ring can be separated. So they often combination used with double-row angular contact thrust ball bearings.
WZFB can provide a full range of NN30, NNU49 series cylindrical roller bearing with the precision classes of P6, P5, P4.
