This pipe extrusion line are developed by by taking in the latest foreign technology ,which consists of extruder for special section pipe, die head, molds, spiral forming machine, forming molds, glue extruder, vacuum calibrating system, water spraying tank, cutting machine,overturning bracket, the whole line controlling system and related accessory machine.
Extruder: It is a high speed and efficiency single screw extruder, the material of the screw and barrel is high-quality alloy steel(38CrMoALA), the surface of screw and barrel is high degree hardness, abrasion and corrosion resistance through nitriding handling can be service long life, the extruder adopts ceramic heating, Low-noise fans, high-speed hardness surface gear box, with oil-cooling system of a special slotted feeding sets, great output, low consumption, excellent plasticizing.
Melting Glue extruder: We use specially designed high efficiency single screw extrusion machine, the screw and machine barrel are in unique design which helps to have low energy consumption, fine plastification and reasonable mold structure. Slotted Barrel assures the glue extrude. This extruder is synchronized with the Spiral forming machine through the precise system control, so efficiency melting paste together between the pipe and pipe
Extrusion mould: The material of the extrusion mould is high-quality alloy steel 40Cr through the nitriding handling can be service long life. It combined with professional design. In order to extrude the profile pipe and produce it
Vacuum calibrating water tank: equipped with high hardness, high-quality stainless steel and bronze calibrating sleeve. Three-dimensional adjustment of the upper and lower left can be realized.
Water spray tank: The body of the tank is made of stainless steel and covered by the transparent pvc curtain. Adjustable upper and lower rack., the tank is equipped with bracket roller
Spiral forming machine: frequency conversion, Fuji convertor. Design of the forming machining make the pipe winding accurate and stable from different angel. At the same time guarantee the production of pipe to get to solid.
Cutting machine: special sawing cutting machine is designed for spiral pipe line. It can automatic cutting. Sawing equipment coordinated the synchronizer along oriented Column and pipe in the same direction movement so that it can finish sawing action.
Control system: we can offer Siemens PLC controlling system which is intelligent control. Also we can offer ordinary controlling system which is equipped with Siemens electrical parts and Omron temperature controller. Intelligent control make the operation more simple.
