Introduction：
PVC steel wire pipe pvc can be used in so many areas replacing the steel pipe and other plastic pipe,this pipe is transparent non toxic soft pipe which is made of PVC material and equipped with steel wire as frame. Its use temperature is from -10℃ to 65℃. This pipe has the advantages of light, transparent, good weather resistance, small bend radius, pressure-resistant etc.It is widely used in such areas as mechanical engineering,chemical industry,architecture,agriculture irrigation,vacuum device and dust collector soft pipe.
PVC steel wire pipe line is used to produce PVC soft pipe with steel wire reinforcing.which is widely absorbed foreign technology and continuous innovation combined with years of actual production experience. This pipe extrusion line is well-designed and has stable performance, strong continuous production capacity, high yield and good economic returns.
PVC steel wire reinforced pipe extrusion line mainly consists of extruder, water spraying tank, steel wire coiling machine, haul-off machine,winder and so on.It has the features as follow:
