The application of PEX/AL/PEX aluminum composite pipe extrusion line is to produce the five layer PEX-AL-PEX composite pipe which is used for cold and hot water, heating in building. It has unique design, stable performance and continuously producing many specifications aluminum composite pipes with high speed.
PEX/AL/PEX Aluminum composite pipe is suitable for hot water supplying underground. It adopts ultrasonic lapping welding or argon butt welding technology and high precision aluminum tube forming system.It has good insulation properties and corrosion resistance. It has small resistance to fluid material due to the smooth inner wall and easy installation due to bending free. The complete line is controlled by computer control system, ensure high production speed, reliable aluminum tube welding, running stable, easy to operate.This pipe line consists of single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating water tank, water spraying tank, co-extrusion die; welding machine, haul-off machine, welding platform, cutting machine, double station winder and control system.
