Plastic sliding friction wear tester consists of two main parts: the host machine and intelligent control system, which can be operated through the control system, and can display the value, torque, and time during the test process, display the current test value, and print out the test report of the standard requirements. Features:
1, motor: the use of high-precision speed motor, accurate control of the speed of the mechanism, to meet the requirements of experimental accuracy.
2, transmission system: the use of high-precision synchronous belt transmission, transmission efficiency of more than 98%, to ensure that the number of revolutions and torque on each friction ring is exactly the same, to further enhance the experimental accuracy of the product.
3、M-200B water bath box: the end face is made of acrylic material, the appearance is clean, beautiful and atmospheric. In the experimental process the experimenter can observe the specimen in the water to do the experiment scene, so that the whole process of the experiment as far as the eye can see. And when we need to not do experiments in the water when you can pull out the water bath box at the lower end of the sealing cover, let go of the water, which is the water bath box can also be used as a receiving box, to prevent experiments when the friction off the powder affects the environment of the equipment and test bench. Water bath box metal frame using SUS316/SUS316L stainless steel material to do the frame, so that the water bath box solid, reliable, durable and other advantages.

5、Lever system: The lever system in this equipment, using Archimedes' law of leverage formula for the design, in the processing of weights and levers of the density and size of a rigorous calculation, to ensure that the friction ring right above the force value is accurate.
6, end sealing system: this sealing system adopts fixed ring and moving ring sealing, fixed ring and moving ring sealing surface roughness is as high as 0.2. Through the spring on the moving ring on the fixed ring to achieve the sealing effect of the axial force, when the rotation speed is as high as 3,000r/min, there will be no leakage, fully meet the needs of the equipment.
