Wear-resistant titanium carbide guide wheel

The surface of the guide wheel can be specially treated as required. For instance, after being sprayed with a diamond coating, its wear resistance can be further enhanced by 30%, making it suitable for processing high-hardness alloy wires. Its weight is 30% lighter than that of steel guide wheels of the same size, which can reduce the load on the drive motor and lower energy consumption by more than 15%. In the production of precision tubes, the groove accuracy of the guide wheel reaches IT3 grade, which can ensure that the outer diameter tolerance of the tube is controlled within ±0.01mm, meeting the high-precision requirements of the medical, aviation and other fields.
