Oxidized polyethylene wax is a modified material produced through an oxidation process applied to polyethylene wax, primarily used to enhance plastic processing performance and finished product quality.

Core Functions

Lubrication and Demoulding: Acts as an external lubricant during plastic processing, forming a lubricating layer at the mould-to-plastic interface to prevent adhesion and shorten moulding cycles.

Improved Dispersibility: Optimises the uniform dispersion of pigments and fillers within plastics, reducing crystalline patterns and enhancing the aesthetic quality of finished surfaces. ‌

‌Mechanical Strength Enhancement: When used in conjunction with calcium-zinc stabilisers, it can increase the impact strength of plastic products by 15 test units, making it suitable for applications demanding high toughness, such as window and door profiles. ‌

‌Corrosion Resistance Protection: Forms an anti-corrosion oil film on metal mould surfaces, passing the 480-hour salt spray test standard. Ideal for high-demand applications like automotive plastic components. ‌
