Our professional mud slurry suction and delivery rubber hose is a heavy-duty fluid transfer solution engineered exclusively for safe, efficient handling of mud, slurry, sludge, and high-solid-content liquid mixtures across mining, construction, dredging, municipal engineering and marine sectors. Meticulously designed for abrasive, high-density media transfer, this hose merges robust suction performance, high-pressure delivery capacity and extreme wear resistance, addressing the rigorous demands of solid-liquid mixture handling in the harshest on-site working conditions—outperforming standard water-focused hoses in durability and functional adaptability.

Available in inner diameters from 3/4 inch to 12 inches, the hose features an abrasion-resistant rubber tube, high-tensile textile reinforcement and an embedded steel wire helix for improved pressure stability and resistance to collapse. Working pressure is available up to 20 bar, with custom lengths, rubber compounds and end connections supplied according to the operating medium and installation requirements.

Core Construction & Material Advantages

The product features a multi-layer reinforced structural design, with every raw material selected for superior anti-abrasion, anti-tear and anti-corrosion performance, and each layer synergistically engineered for prolonged heavy-duty operation. A mud suction hose optimized inner core layer adopts a thickened, high-grade wear-resistant synthetic rubber formulation with a smooth finish, minimizing flow friction for viscous mud media, preventing scuffing and erosion from hard solid particles like sand, gravel and silt, and avoiding mud deposit adhesion to ensure unobstructed continuous transfer. The reinforcement system consists of multiple high-tensile synthetic textile cord layers and an embedded high-strength steel wire helix: the textile cords deliver exceptional radial pressure-bearing and burst resistance, while the steel wire helix guarantees unrivaled anti-collapse performance under negative pressure, eliminating deformation even during long-term high-intensity suction work. A high-elastic rubber buffer layer between the inner core and reinforcement layers absorbs impact from high-speed flowing solid particles, reducing structural fatigue and extending overall service life. The outer cover layer is a natural-synthetic rubber composite with excellent weather resistance, anti-aging and anti-mechanical damage properties, resisting tearing, puncturing, UV and ozone degradation—even in contact with construction machinery, sharp objects and extreme outdoor environments. It also boasts mild oil and chemical resistance, adapting to alkaline and acidic media in industrial mud and slurry operations. All layers are bonded via advanced vulcanization technology, ensuring firm adhesion, no delamination or peeling, even under frequent bending, twisting and heavy-load operation, complying with ISO, DIN and SAE international industrial hose quality standards.
