Compared to traditional gas extraction pipes, this product is lighter in weight, easier to load and unload, offers better elasticity, superior impact resistance, high safety, and durability. OurCompany employs additives containing anti-static and flame-retardant dual-acting components, enabling use in underground flammable and explosive hazardous environments. The rubber hose boasts excellent elasticity and convenient connections, making it suitable for short-distance connections with hard gas extraction pipes in coal mines, significantly reducing labor and material consumption during installation. Additionally, it features wear-resistant and anti-aging properties, extending the hose's service life.
RUNXIcoal mine gas drainage rubber hose is designed as a flexible connection between rigid gas extraction pipes in underground coal mine drainage systems. Its flexible rubber construction helps accommodate pipeline movement, installation deviation, vibration and short-distance directional changes that are difficult to handle with rigid pipes alone.
The hose consists of an anti-static inner rubber tube, fabric reinforcement with a metal spiral or metal ring, and an anti-static, flame-retardant outer cover. Connecting flanges and sealing gaskets can be installed at both ends to support secure connection with existing coal mine gas drainage pipelines.
Available nominal inner diameters range from 76 mm to 530 mm. Hose diameter, length, reinforcement, working pressure and flange dimensions can be configured according to the project’s operating conditions and connection requirements.
Safety Performance Test Standard for Rubber Hoses Used in Coal Mine Underground Applications:
Rubber hoses for gas extraction in coal mines. These rubber hoses for gas extraction in coal mines can be used for gas extraction in coal mines, with a length not exceeding 10m. They can be connected to (rigid) gas extraction pipes in coal mines but must not be directly used for gas extraction in coal mines or other purposes.
The coal mine gas drainage rubber hoseis mainly used for short flexible sections within a rigid gas drainage pipeline system.
Typical installation positions include:
· Connections between two rigid gas extraction pipes
· Connections between a rigid pipe and gas drainage equipment
· Pipeline sections exposed to vibration or minor displacement
· Locations requiring a flexible bend or directional adjustment
· Temporary or replaceable connection sections
· Areas where rigid pipe installation is restricted by limited space
· Connections around pumps, manifolds and gas drainage stations
The hose is intended to serve as a flexible connecting section. It should not be treated as a complete replacement for the main long-distance rigid gas extraction pipeline.
