Introduction
Transparent powder coatings are prepared by mixing carefully selected raw materials, including resins, curing agents, and additives. The resulting transparent powder coatings offer excellent economic and social benefits and have a broad market potential.
Application
Transparent powder coating is suitable as a topcoat for metal objects, providing excellent protection and decorative effects. Examples include metal furniture, hardware, bicycles, door handles, and handicrafts. It is also suitable as a protective topcoat for metallic powder coatings. Furthermore, it is suitable for automotive exterior parts, car wheels, interior and exterior paints, architectural coatings, interior and exterior metal components, and gardening equipment.

Note: Substrate and pretreatment: Mechanical performance tests were conducted using 0.6mm thick degreased cold-rolled steel plates; corrosion and aging resistance tests were conducted using 0.6mm thick zinc phosphated steel plates or chromated aluminum plates.

Construction Reference
Transparent powder coating can be applied using manual or automatic spraying equipment. For best results, automatic spraying equipment is recommended. Unadhered powder can be recycled through a suitable recovery system.
