Melt wire drawing apparatus
Product Introduction:
Melt wire drawing instrument is specially designed for the production of rubber and plastic raw material filamentary sample, the instrument through melting, extrusion and wire drawing the powder or granular raw material into a minimum diameter of 10μm filamentary sample for the relevant test use.

Product features:
1. Set the melting temperature according to the requirements of raw materials, and the melting unit can melt the raw materials in the barrel.
2. According to the requirements of raw material characteristics and drawing diameter, the extrusion unit will extrude the melted raw material in the barrel by the mouth die at the set speed.
3. According to the requirements of raw material characteristics and drawing diameter, the drawing unit stretches the molten raw material extruded by the die to the designed diameter at the set speed, and winds it at the same time.
