Tong Dies Pyramid Tooth
OEE supplies a variety of tong dies & slip inserts for handling tools. Oee dies and inserts are machined, forged, to provide the accuracy required for today's critical applications. The material applied is 20crmnti or 8620, after heat-treatment, the hardness will reach to 58-62 hrc, to ameliorate the performance of wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting to a maximum service life. For the surface treatment, phosphate or sandblasting can be chose, if not mentioned, we will supply those by phosphate. A variety of tooth patterns, such as pyramid, plain, coarse and blue diamond are available to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing and drill-pipe. Meanwhile, we can customize the special dies and inserts according to customer's sample and drawings. We praise highly this cooperation model to become an overseas fabrication plant of our customers. Interchangeability warranty All oee dies and inserts for tongs, slips, safety clamps, elevators are fully interchangeable with other OEM corresponding designs, which will be suitable and satisfied to maximum.
